Dear Outing Coordinator:
Thank you for your interest in holding an outing at Raccoon International Golf Club. We would like to take some time to explain our outing packages for 2010. If you had outings with us in the past, we welcome the opportunity to serve your group again. We are excited about the many new improvements to our facility for 2010. If you are scheduling an outing with us for the first time, we think you will see that we offer the best value you can find anywhere.
Starting Time
For 2010, the following options are available for outing starting times. (All of these are subject to availability.)
1) For consecutive tee times off #1 tee, almost any starting time can be arranged.
2) For groups of 40 players and larger, we can offer an 8:00 A.M. (or earlier) reverse shotgun start.
3) For a full golf course shotgun start at 8:00 A.M. (or earlier), a guaranteed minimum of 120 players is required.
4) For a full golf course shotgun start at 2:00 P.M., a guaranteed minimum of 100 players is required. (We can offer this option only on days when we already have a morning shotgun group scheduled.)
5) Requests for variances from these formats will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Player Fees
For our outings, “Player Fees” include 18 holes of golf with ½ cart, personalized cart signs, use of proximity markers (long drive, etc.), scoring sheets, guaranteed starting times, and driving range use prior to tee off. (Yes driving range use is included!)
Monday-Friday Outing Player Fees = $20.00 per player
Weekend & Holiday Outing Player Fees = $27.00 per player
Catering Packages
Please choose one of the following options to complete your outing package.
1) Burger/Brat Feast – Includes a relish tray, a veggie tray, and chips available prior to the meal - Iced tea and lemonade available during the meal - Featuring all the burgers and brats you and your guests want - For sides, our own special baked beans, potato salad, and cookies - Served Buffet Style at $10.00 per person
2) Steak Dinner – Includes a relish tray and a veggie tray available prior to the meal - Iced tea and lemonade available during the meal - Featuring a 10 oz. steak, grilled to order - Accompanied by tossed salad, rolls and butter, baked potato with sour cream, garden fresh green beans, and a variety of desserts - Served Buffet Style at $15.00 per person.
3) Rocky’s Barbecue Buffet – Includes relish tray and veggie tray available prior to the meal - Iced tea and lemonade available during the meal - Featuring center cut pork chops and chicken breasts grilled to perfection and served with our special recipe barbecue sauce - Sides are au gratin potatoes and green beans - Variety of desserts - Served Buffet Style at $12.00 per person
4) Custom Built - We can also custom build a package for your group. Please contact us with your requests.
Beverages
Our outing price on most beer is $24.00 per case. We also provide can soda or bottled water at $12.00 per case. (Due to state liquor regulations, bringing your own alcoholic beverages on our premises is prohibited. Any alcohol to be consumed here must be purchased through us) Gatorade is $30.00 per case. Other beverages are available on request.
